The Management Team and their staff are all committed to delivering the quality service that serves as the foundation of Home Care for Maine.
Cathy began working in long term care over 35 years ago and was hooked on the challenges of providing services to older adults. She appreciates engaging with consumers about how and where they want to receive services, and worked to downsize Maine’s nursing home program while increasing assisted living and home care options. Cathy was previously the President of Home Care for Maine’s Board of Directors but recently stepped down to serve as interim CEO in 2019.
Information Systems Director
Betsy has been at Home Care for Maine over 20 years as part of the management team. She enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting, and finding solutions. Her passions include spending time in Aroostook county side-by-siding (4 wheeling) or snowmobiling and spending time with her family.
Angela has been working with Home Care for Maine for over 5 years as a member of management and overseeing the finance department. Her prior experience consists of several years working for the State of Maine and in the banking industry. She was born and raised in Maine and enjoys spending time with her family.
Personal Support Specialist Team Supervisor
Mary Margaret recently joined Home Care for Maine as the PSS Team Supervisor. She loves to organize and find creative ways to problem solve, help meet people’s needs and understand their value, and bring a sense of calm to the chaos that comes in life. Her passions include her 5 children, 7 grandchildren, family, friends, her faith and music.
Carley joined Home Care for Maine in 2017 as the Recruiter for direct care workers and administrative staff. Prior to that, she worked at a staffing agency filling critical positions for clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. Carley has developed a passion for undertaking the challenge of recruiting dependable direct care workers amidst a critical caregiver shortage. “I am continually inspired by our caregivers’ compassion and dedication to serving our consumers. It is incredibly rewarding to work for a non-profit that truly values its employees and makes a huge impact for the people of Maine.”
