Personal Support Specialists
Our Personal Support Specialists are selected from a pool of applicants
who demonstrate an enthusiastic and professional approach to working in
the caring professions. You can be confident in choosing Home Care for
Maine, knowing that your Personal Support Specialist receives classroom
training and hours of practical, hands-on instruction under the eyes of
our on-staff Registered Nurse. Ongoing continuing education is required
every year to ensure that we are providing the very highest quality of

Homemakers
Our Homemakers are experienced, capable and caring. Homemakers are local,
living in your town and familiar with life in your community.Ongoing continuing education is required

Administrative Personnel
From the administrative office in Farmingdale, the field staff is directed by coordinating
supervisors and schedulers. Other support staff in the Farmingdale office
include a chief executive officer, a program director, human resources
department, a registered nurse who does quality assurance and education,
a finance and billing office and a marketing department.
